Two Louisiana Music Legends Release New Song ‘Cajun Angel’
Two Louisiana music legends have come together to release a new song. The two we are talking about are Grammy award winner Wayne Toups and singer/songwriter Randy Boudreaux.
Randy is from Iowa, Louisiana, and is part of Bou Boy'z Entertainment and is owned by his son Jordan Boudreaux in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Randy has penned great country songs that you will know instantly. One of the biggest songs he wrote was Alibis performed by Tracy Lawrence and was also the title track on Tracy Lawrence's album.
We knew you would know that one for sure. He is also been part of the song Brokenheartsville recorded by Joe Nichols. Randy Boudreaux also wrote the song Goodnight Sweetheart performed by David Kersh.
Wayne Toups is the best-known Louisiana music artist of all time. Wayne has been writing, recording, touring, and performing music for over four decades now releasing some of the most iconic songs in Louisiana music history. Wayne's best know song is Take My Hand but he has so many more hits.
Now these two powerhouses have teamed up together to perform and release a song called Cajun Angel. The song and video for the song released over the weekend, shows both artists in Lacassine Louisiana at one of Louisiana's famous landmarks, the Lorraine Bridge. The song was written by Randy Boudreaux and produced by Bou Boy'z Entertainment & Mediapost Film & Video in Lake Charles.
Boudreaux sent out a dedication about the new song saying,
Dedicated to our Cajun Angel (Marie Boudreaux) & all of the Cajun Angels in Heaven
