Spooky Events Going On in Lake Charles And SWLA This Friday The 13th

It's October and you know what that means, Halloween is coming up soon. What is crazy is not only is the spooky holiday coming but we also have Friday the 13th this month which is considered by superstitious people as a scary or bad luck day.

With that being said, there are several spooky and fun events going on this Friday which will be Friday, October 13th. We did some snooping around and have made a list of some scary, creepy, and fun things to do this Friday.

The Moss Bluff United Methodist Church will have its pumpkin patch where you can go out to the church located at 735 Sam Houston Jones Parkway in Moss Bluff and pick out that perfect pumpkin to carve with the kids. The event takes place from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily.

Saints and Sinners Studio located at 3435 Ryan Street in Lake Charles will be holding its extra SPOOKY Friday the 13th from Noon to 10:00 p.m. which includes Food and Drinks, Raffles and Door Prizes ALL DAY, Face Painting by The Ginger Artist,  snow cones, Music, and more.

The Spooktastic Bingo with Krewe of Illusions is set for Friday the 13th at the Managan Center in Westlake, Louisiana on Sampson Street. They will have a spooktacular bingo with a twist. Dress up in your scariest or silliest costume and enjoy the Halloween-themed decorations. It takes place from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Spirit Guides Season 3 launch party is happening this Friday, the 13th at the Central School Arts & Humanities Center located at 809 Kirby Street. Lake Charles, Louisiana. they invite you to join them and come in costume for a haunting good time!
