See Inside The New Lodge At Sam Houston Jones State Park

There is a new feature at Sam Houston Jones State Park in Moss Bluff, Louisiana. They now have a new lodge that you can rent for the night even for the entire weekend and it will accommodate a ton of people with plenty of parking

This massive building is perfect for an extended family outing. Gather up the family, maw and paw, aunts uncles, and the kids because this place holds everyone. This is also a great place for a guy's or gals' getaway or just gathering up a few of your closest friends and enjoying the great outdoors for a weekday or weekend stay.

The lodge features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds while the other two bedrooms feature two sets of twin bunk beds. In the living room, there are two queen-sized sleeper sofas.

So count that up and this lodge will sleep 16 but according to the Sam Houston Jones Park officials, the is a 16-person maximum occupancy too so keep that in mind.

Also included when you rent the lodge, is a really nice screened-in back porch with rocking chairs, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill to cook it up!

So how much does the lodge cost per night? Sunday through Thursday is $ 175 per night with a two-night stay required. For a Friday and Saturday night stay, the cost is

$225 per night with a two-night stay required also.
