Looking For Something To Do In Lake Charles & SWLA This Easter Weekend?

The Easter weekend is upon us and there are plenty of things going on in the lake area to do. If you are looking to do something like hear live music, do things with the kids, or go to an event or concert, there are plenty of options.

The McNeese Cowboys Baseball team will be in action this Friday and Saturday afternoons playing Northwestern State at Joe Miller Ball Park. The games on Friday and Saturday start at 2:00 pm each day. On Saturday after the game, there will be a big Easter egg hunt at the ballpark.

Paul's Rib Shack located at 4800 Nelson Road in Lake Charles will have live music both Friday and Saturday nights. Friday night Dani Lacour will be live and on Saturday it will be Taylor Morgan.

Linda's Lounge located at 4338 Lake Street in Lake Charles will have live music this Friday and Saturday night. Brandon Ledet will be live Friday night from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am. On Saturday, the Jason Stutes Band will be live from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am.

Country sensation Jackson Dean will be live at the Golden Nugget's Grand Event Center in Lake Charles on Friday night, March 29th, 2024. Some tickets may still be available at the Golden Nugget. Jackson will hit the stage at 8:30 pm.
