
Labor Day Weekend Concert Lineup in Lake Charles Area
[KNGT-FM] - The weekend is here, but this weekend is special because it is a three-day weekend for most of you due to the Labor Day holiday coming up on Monday. Now you have three days to get out and have some fun.

The good news for you is that there are a ton of things going on in Lake Charles and Southwest Louisiana to choose from, so we made a list of some of the biggest events going on this weekend.
Wayne Toups will be live Friday night for the first McNeese Cowboy Block Party of the year. The first one is taking place inside the Legacy Center (McNeese basketball Arena), and it is free to attend and open to all ages. McNeese Football will play its first game of the 2025 season Saturday night inside Navarre Stadium. They will take on Louisiana Christian, with the kickoff for the game set for 6:00 pm in Lake Charles.
