Concert And Festivals Going On In Lake Charles & SWLA This Weekend Oct. 4-6

The first weekend of October is here and it comes with a bunch of things going on in the lake area. There are festivals, fairs, concerts, and live music all over the Southwest Louisiana area this weekend, October 4th-6th, 2024.

Whether you're looking for a girl's night out, a guys' night out, a family event to take the entire clan, or just looking for something fun to do, we got you covered. Here is what is going on in the lake this weekend.

The 102nd Cal-Cam Fair is taking place in Sulphur, Louisiana all weekend beginning Friday night complete with carnival rides, games, music, and fun. It is taking place at the West Cal Arena area in Sulphur.  Here is this weekend's lineup. 

Keith Frank and the Soileau Zydeco Band will be live at the Horseshoe Casino in Westlake, Louisiana Saturday night inside Brew Brothers on the casino floor. The show is from 9:00 pm to Midnight and it is free to get in and see the Zydeco Boss.

The second annual West Fest will be taking place on Saturday, October 5th, 2024 at the Pinederosa Park in Westlake, Louisiana. The event is free and open to all ages. There will be live music from some great local artists including Judd Bares, Louisiana Express, and headling the show, Jamie Bergeron. Here is the full lineup of events and entertainment. 

The Lost Hollows haunted attraction is now open for the Halloween season. It is located right here in Lake Charles. The haunted trail is open every Friday and Saturday night, September 27 - October, 28 with a special “Lights Out” on Friday, November 1st.
