About the Chee Week

Have you ever seen the Chee Weez? They're one of my favorite bands to see. When they come here around the area, I always try to go.

The Chee Weez started back in 1997 just outside of New Orleans. They were once a disco band, but it didn’t take long for them to mix in some rock and roll. Think Bon Jovi, Journey, Metallica, 80s dance hits, and even a little Neil Diamond. It’s a little bit of everything... and a whole lot of fun.

Over the years, they’ve shared the stage with big names like Styx, Journey, and KC & the Sunshine Band. They’ve rocked small bars, huge arenas, and everywhere in between. Now, they’re ready to light up Lake Charles.

The Chee Weez Live in Lake Charles This Weekend, September 19th at Crying Eagle

The wedding crashers, Chee Weez, will be back in Lake Charles this weekend at Crying Eagle's Summer Concert Series. This will be the final act of this years concert series at Crying Eagle Brewery.

The concert is set to begin at 6 p.m., with the opening act taking the stage at 7 p.m. The Chee Weez are scheduled to perform at 9 p.m. The concert is for those 21 and older only. Doors open at 6 p.m., and anyone attending must have a ticket or event wristband.

Ticket Information

Tickets are $25 in advance for general admission and $30 at the door, with taxes not included. There is also a $125 VIP Viewing Deck Experience available.
