High School Jamborees Tonight All Over Southwest Louisiana

High School football is back in Southwest Louisiana and high school jamborees start tonight.  Kids, parents and high school football fans have been waiting for this day since last December.

First, There is a jamboree in Lake Charles at Cowboys stadium on the campus of McNeese State University.  The jamboree starts at 6:00 p.m. and consists of three games with six local teams participating.  Here is the schedule of the games tonight in Lake Charles:

Sulphur vs South Beauregard  6:00 p.m.  --Airs on 1310 KEZM

Barbe vs Westlake  --Airs on 1310 KEZM

Washington Marion vs Sam Houston

Then the 64th annual Lafayette Kiwanis Club Jamboree will take place at Cajun field on the campus of UL.

Jennings Bulldogs Vs the Northside Vikings approx at 7:15 p.m. and will air right here on Cajun Radio 1470 & 1290 Am and on our stream below.

The CBC broadcasting crew with Charlie Williams and the gang will hit the airways for their 28th year tonight.
