Last night on NBC's The Voice, Southwest Louisiana's own Gyth Rigdon was featured not once but twice on the show.

Gyth had a solo performance and then a duet with another Voice contestant Dexter Roberts.

Gyth's first performance was his take on the iconic song God Bless The USA originally sung by Lee Greenwood.  That performance is charting #3 On iTunes Country Top 100. He is just behind his coach on the show Blake Shelton.

What is encouraging is since he is charting that high, it is also votes for him on the show.  Here is that performance.

Then Gyth took the stage later in the show to pay tribute to The Beatles with Dexter singing the the song Hey Jude.

The results will be announced tonight at 8pm on NBC.  There will be four of the top 8 moving on to the finale which will be this Monday night May 20th.

Good luck Gyth.  Bring home the title to SWLA.  #GythNation.
