What makes a po-boy a po-boy? Opinions vary, but one thing is pretty certain: they have nothing to do with wheat toast. But nobody told Gordon Ramsay that, though. Apparently.

The celebrity chef was recently in New Orleans filming an episode of his new show, 24 Hours to Hell and Back, which features Ramsay traveling to struggling restaurants around the country to transform them with various renovations and new menus. If that all sounds familiar, it should. From Kitchen Nightmares to Hotel Hell, Ramsay seems to keep recycling the same idea. Hey, if it ain't broke...

His latest victim beneficiary, The Trolley Stop Café on St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans, not only had their decor renovated and their menu updated, but they also had their po-boys deconstructed. Because I guess nothing is sacred anymore.

Javis DeBerry, a columnist for nola.com described the abomination as, "a plate with a few catfish fillets, two slices of tomato, some iceberg lettuce and two pieces of wheat toast sliced into triangles."

Um, we're pretty just that's just a catfish dinner, but what do we know? We're not celebrity chefs. We just live here.

Somebody please keep him away from Darrell's.
