Former President Donald Trump's personal airplane is in Lake Charles. The plane is housed over at Chennault Airport in Lake Charles. The Boeing 757 owned by Trump is here in Lake Charles for maintenance.

The plane has been undergoing work on it. Landlock Avaitaion had the task of repainting Donald Trump's 757 and now it's done.

The plane was jokingly called Trump Force One by the Trump camp. The name was given to the aircraft during his 2016 presidential campaign. After that, the plane which was built in 1991 was put into long-term storage and one of the engines was removed from 2019 to 2021.

Unlike a regular airplane that folks like you and me travel on, this plane is set up for comfort with some extras. So what does the plane feature?

The plane is designed to accommodate up to 43 people on the plane. It has a dining room, bathroom, shower, bedroom, guest room, and galley.

In typical Trump style, most of the fixtures are plated in 24-carat gold. Trump is known for his love of gold and his decorating taste displays that with his gold themes.

In November of 2021, Trump's plane was brought to Lake Charles. According to plane records, the plane was flown to Chennault International Airport in Lake Charles with a one-hour stopover in Nashville, Tennessee, after declaring an emergency.

Trump announced then that his plane would be restored and upgraded at a service facility here in Lake Charles. The paint job has been completed and is ready to go. Trump even took to social media to praise Landlock Aviation on the job they did on his aircraft.
