Cowboys Face Off Against #14 LSU Tonight In Lake Charles Feb. 29th

The LSU Tigers baseball team make a rare appearance in Lake Charles tonight when they take on the McNeese Cowboys at Cowboy Diamond.

The Cowboys are 2-5 on the season and have already faced the Tigers of LSU. Last week, McNeese played LSU  in Alex Box Stadium in Baton Rouge where they lost 11-4.

I guess you can call this a rematch of sorts when the Tigers have to come play on the Cowboys turf.  The LSU Tigers are 6-2 on the season and are nationally ranked at #14.  The Tigers are coming off of a 17-10 beat down over Grambling while the McNeese Cowboys lost a heart breaker last night 8-7 on extra innings to Prarieview.
