Breaking Local News: Fire Destroys Millennium Park
Just as the Downtown Development was moving forward with the opening of the Promenade on the Civic Center Grounds a few weeks ago, A fire last night destroys Millennium Park.
An overnight fire destroyed much of the Shiver Me Timbers Millennium Park located near the Lake Charles Civic Center. Lake Charles Firefighters received the call shortly after 5 a.m. Sunday. At least four fire trucks responded to the scene. No word on what caused the fire.
