Wayne Toups Headed To Lake Charles Friday

Grammy Award winner Wayne Toups and his band Zydecajun are headed to Lake Charles this Friday and will live in concert.  Wayne has not been in the Southwest Louisiana area in quite awhile.

Wayne who was born in Crowley Louisiana just celebrated his 57th birthday on October 2nd.  Wayne started his career in 1979 and has released 16 albums in his career.  My personal favorite is either his 1986 release of "Zydecajun" or his 1991 release of "Fish out of Water" .

Wayne also found out this year that he is going to be a new daddy.  Yep Wayne and his wife are expecting a new baby boy in January of 2016.  Wayne took to Facebook on Monday and introduced his new son to his fans.

Wayne Toups and his band will be live at Cowboys night club in Lake Charles this Friday night.  The doors open at 8:00 p.m. and Wayne will take the stage at 10:00 p.m.
