Two Tropical Waves To Watch (Updates 9/4/2013)

Saturday we had no tropical waves in the Atlantic or gulf. This morning we have two and one has a decent chance of development. Here are the details

The first low pressure system is located over the eastern Bay of Campeche. It has a low (20%) chance of forming into a tropical depression in the next 5 days.

Another low pressure system is located over the northwest  Caribbean Sea. This system is moving to the west-northwest and has a 50% chance of development in the next five days. An Air Force plane may investigate this system later today.
