Reports are surfacing that the Louisiana Swashbucklers are no more, and that even the Saturday's final home game for the team has been cancelled.

The Louisiana Swashbucklers enter the PIFL playoffs tonight, June 25th,  looking for their fourth Championship in franchise history. The Bucs will have to win the first game on the road on the way to the championship.

Trapper Joe and Trigger Tommy for the show "Swamp People" will be at the Lake Charles Civic Center this Saturday June 2nd making an appearance at the Louisiana Swashbucklers tailgate party before the game. The Louisiana Swashbucklers return back to the Lake Charles Civic Center Saturday night after a long road trip. The Louisiana Swashbucklers will be holding tryouts this Saturday December 17th at the McNeese State football stadium. Registration begins at 8 a.m. will the tryouts beginning at 9 a.m. Think you have what it takes?  Well here is how you can be part of a championship organization.

The Louisiana Swashbucklers are headed west down I-10 to Houston for tonight's match up with the Houston Stallions in the SIFL playoffs.  The Swashbucklers will be looking to upset undefeated Houston to advance to the Championship game in July.
