All Saints fans would like to forget the 2014 season as quickly as possible. It was like a bad dream. The question is did the Saints make enough changes to become a Super Bowl contender next year. Some Las Vegas odds makers say no.
A power outage in the Superdome during the biggest televised event of the year... Was it a last ditch effort by the 49ers? Was it all part of New Orleans Saints Owner Tom Benson's plan to get a new venue for his team? Was it ol' Marie Laveau getting her revenge on NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell? We may never know, but we can laugh about it, courtesy of the jokers on Facebook.
Super Bowl XLVII (47) is here. The Baltimore Ravens will lock up with the San Francisco Forty Niners tonight inside the Mercedes Benz Superdome for the NFL's big prize, the Vince Lombardi trophy.
Let's face it. The Super Bowl is a great excuse for a party even when the Saints are not playing in it. There is a problem though. The game starts at around 5:30 on Sunday afternoon and runs well into the evening. The party can run even later. Let's face it. We need the following Monday off.
