Man on the Moon

"That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind".  That phrase was made famous by Neil Armstrong in 1969 when he became the first man to walk on the moon and made history. Today, Armstrong died following complications resulting from cardiovascular procedures.  He was 82 years old.

It's hard to believe but today is the 42nd Year Anniversary of the Apollo 11 landing on the Moon.  Here is a play by play of the way the mission all happened from the take off to landing on the Moon to coming back to Earth.  Check it out.
