FCS Football Rankings

The McNeese Cowboys opened up their 2014 home football schedule last Saturday in Lake Charles and did it in a huge way! The Cowboys beat up Prairie View 48-16 to improve to 1-1 on the year, The dominating win over the Panthers was not enough to move the Cowboys up in the polls this week however as the Pokes stayed put in both the Sports Network and FCS Coaches Top 25 polls.

The McNeese Cowboys football team have just returned back from Nebraska where they nearly pulled out a big victory over the Cornhuskers and shock the nation. With that being said, they were still rewarded for their efforts in this weeks newly released polls.
