The Lake Charles Downtown Development Authority worked to keep business owners abreast of the construction happening in the downtown area Monday. We were there to find out more:

City officials are hoping to create a permanent vacancy in the old Harrah’s hotel on the lakefront in Lake Charles, and they’ll be doubling down on their final decision later this month.
