The popular concert series known as Downtown At Sundown is coming back for another year.

It's time again for the popular annual "Downtown At Sundown" concert series put on by the City Of Lake Charles.

The City of Lake Charles' annual Downtown at Sundown begins Friday, May 19, 2017, and kicks off with a fully loaded music line-up that lasts through June 9. All just in time for the city's 150th birthday.

With all the weather we have been having here in Lake Charles recently, the City of Lake Charles has made the call to move the finale of Downtown at Sundown indoors.

Well folks, the popular concert series Downtown at Sundown is coming to a close this Friday night with Rusty Metoyer & the Zydeco Krush.

Last Friday, Grammy award winner Jo-EL Sonnier packed the popular Downtown at Sundown concert series. i mean there was a lot of people out their for a good ole fashion Lake Charles block party! Well it's back again this week featuring five time Grammy nominee Marcia Ball performing live!

Last Friday, the popular Downtown at Sundown concert series started with a new location in downtown Lake Charles. The popular concert series which is free and open to all ages started last Friday and will run through June 5th. Remember that this year, Downtown at Sundown moved locations from the corner of Broad Street and Ryan Street and now will take place on Ryan Street in front of Historic City
