Arts & Crabs Fest, Southwest Louisiana’s newest and fastest growing seafood festival, will take over the second and third floors of the Lake Charles Civic Center on Saturday, August 20th, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will feature the best of the Imperial Calcasieu experience with spotlights on Lake Area restaurants, national and regional music, and local art.
