After LSU's big comeback victory over Arkansas last week, the Tigers have moved up in the polls. The LSU football team advanced to No. 14  in the AP Top 25 and the USA Today Coaches Poll, and No. 15 in the BCS Standings released Sunday.

The LSU Tigers beat the Texas A&M aggies 34-10 Saturday night in Tigers stadium.  The win moved the Tigers up three spots in the AP Top 25 and four spots in the USA Today Coaches poll to No. 15 that was released on Sunday morning.

LSU traveled to Tuscaloussa to take on #1 Alabama Saturday night where the Crimson Tide were just to much beating the Tigers 38-17.  With the loss the LSU is now 7-3 on the season and fell far down in the polls.

The LSU football team were off last week and are getting ready to take on #1 Alabama this Saturday night.  Even with the week off, the LSU football team moved up in two of the three polls.

The LSU defense stood tall Saturday as the Tigers beat the Florida Gators 17-6 in Baton Rouge.  With that win the tigers are now 6-1 on the season and 3-1 in SEC play. Also with the win, LSU moved up for spots in this weeks AP Poll.

After the shootout yesterday between the LSU Tigers and the Georgia Bulldogs where the tigers came up short 44-41, the new AP and USA Today coaches polls are out.  The Tigers fell four spots in the AP poll while dropping five spots in the USA Today coaches poll.

The LSU Tigers beat Auburn last night in Tigers stadium 35-21. The LSU Football team are now 4-0 on the season. The Tigers stayed put in the AP Poll but jumped up two spots in the USA Today/Coaches poll.
