Sammy Kershaw Releases New Album With Swamp Pop Legends [VIDEO]

Country music star and Louisiana native Sammy Kershaw has just completed an awesome new album dedicated to Louisiana Swamp Pop music, and he did it with the legends of Swamp Pop!

Sammy reached out to all of his legendary Swamp Pop artist friends to cut a new album featuring some of the greatest Louisiana Swamp pop songs of all time.

The album features Sammy singing duets with artists like Eddy Raven, Warren Storm, JB Perry, Don Rich, TK Hulin, Charles Mann, Tommy Mclain, Willie "Tee" Trahan, and GG Shinn.

Some of the tracks on the album are songs we all know and love, like Alligator Bayou, All These Things, Mathilda, Knock On Wood, and I'm A Fool To Care.

Here is a video of the making of the record. Sammy explains why he wanted to do this project, and how it came about. It also includes interviews with the legendary Swamp pop artists who sang on this new album.
