Well Tiger fans, it's finally over!  The LSU Tigers football season came to an end yesterday as they took on Notre Dame in the Music City Bowl.

The Tigers lost 31-28 to the Irish with 4 seconds left when Notre Dame kicked a 32 yard field goal to win the game and hand LSU their 5th loss of the year.  The Tigers finish the season with a 8-5 record.

If your looking to put a positive spin on the season, I have one for you!  Freshman running back Leonard Fournette  had 143 rushing yards yesterday during the game and also returned a kickoff 100 yards for a touchdown in the game.

So Tiger fans sadly LSU's football season has come to an end but I am looking forward to seeing what the future holds for the LSU running game.  Now we just need a decent quarterback!  Happy New Year!
