The LSU Tigers beat Kent state last night in Tigers stadium. For their efforts, the Tigers have moved up even further in the Top 10 of the AP Poll sitting right outside the top 5 while also moving up one spot in the USA Today/Coaches poll.

The rankings were released on Sunday and the LSU Tigers are now ranked 6th in the AP poll and moved up two places from 8th to 7th in the USA Today/Coaches' poll.
