As you can see in the video, five people in yellow shirts are shown standing still in rooms. Many outside the building are simply confused, and some may be a little bit nervous about what's going on. So...what exactly is going on with this situation?

Looking at the comments of the video, it seems to be a promotional tactic for a movie. Specifically, for the movie Smile 2. The reasoning behind this is that the previous movie used the same method:
