Lafayette Police have now identified all victims of the grim triple homicide that sent shockwaves through the local community last Friday (Apr 12). The final victim has been confirmed as Elizabeth Reames, 46, whose apartment in the 700 block of S. College Road was the scene of the tragedy.

The other two victims, previously identified, were Brandon Touchet, 45, and Eric Green, 49, both from Lafayette. All three individuals were found deceased in Reames' residence late Friday afternoon, each victim suffering from gunshot wounds.

Further unsettling details emerged as authorities revealed that the suspect, Chad Credeur, 42, of Duson, LA, was found in possession of all three victims' identification and some of their personal belongings at the time of his arrest in Jeff Davis Parish on unrelated charges.

According to the Lafayette Police Department, all victims and the suspect were mutual friends. The motive behind the murders remains unclear, and police are continuing their efforts to piece together the circumstances leading up to the incident.
