LAFAYETTE, LA —Now that Swig has announced its official opening date for its Lafayette location, we can't help but wonder what the best flavor combinations are.

Between the heat, the traffic, and the nonstop TikToks about 'Dirty Sodas, ' we could all use a refreshing afternoon pick-me-up.

Swig's first Louisiana location, which can be found at 4533 Johnston St., Suite 100,  held a soft opening on Wednesday for excited locals to get a taste ahead of their grand opening on August 18th.

The Utah-based soda shop might as well be an honorary cast member on the reality show The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. In nearly every episode, cast members are ordering their favorite flavored water or soda, or already have one in hand.

While the ladies of 'MomTok' won't be spiking their Swig orders for obvious reasons, something tells me this may have already crossed more than one person's mind in South Louisiana.

During the soft opening, hours for the store will be 10:00 am to 8:00 pm weekdays and 11:00 am to 7:00 pm weekends until the grand opening, when the hours will change.
