Route 92 in Youngsville, Louisiana, had a great 15-year run. But the nightclub will be turning into something new in 2025, as a local crawfish restaurant has been unveiled as the building's next tenant.

What business is coming to the Route 92 building in Youngsville?

The Crawfish Boss will be leasing the building and turning the establishment into a sit-down boiled crawfish restaurant. They will also feature live music on select nights, so the great local entertainment won't be totally going away.

A little history of The Crawfish Boss

Crawfish Boss should do well in this location as a sit-down restaurant. They have been wildly successful in their previous locations, one of which was operating out of the parking lot at Route 92.

Originally, Crawfish Boss was located on Ambassador Caffery in Broussard before moving to the Youngsville location. (They have been operating in the parking lot of Route 92.)

You can also find Crawfish Boss at the intersection of Johnston Street and Roselawn Boulevard in Lafayette.

When will The Crawfish Boss in Youngsville open?

We are awaiting word from Brian Blanco, owner of The Crawfish Boss, regarding what customers can expect from the new restaurant and when it will open. We will update this story once we connect with him and pass those details along to you.
