Former New Orleans Saints Quarterback Critical of Opening Ceremony at Olympics
A former New Orleans Saints quarterback had plenty to say about a segment of the opening ceremony of the 2024 Summer Olympics.
By now you may have seen several posts on social media about a segment that aired during the opening ceremony of the Olympics.
For those who haven't seen what we're talking about here, some say that this photo depicted "The Last Supper" with Jesus Christ, and Christians around the world are outraged.
Many have come out against this photo and segment of the Olympics, saying they are boycotting the games, while others seem to see nothing wrong with it.
A former New Orleans Saints Quarterback. Luke McCown, went to social media to express his opinion on the segment, and he had plenty to say.
McCown said the segment that seemed to reflect the "Last Supper" was filth and while disappointed, he said that he was not surprised by the production.
Here is what the former Saints player had to say.
McCown had another message for those who follow him on social media and he encouraged people to stop reposting it.
Here's another report of the Olympics segment that many have called "Disrespectful."
