Black bears are running rampant in Louisiana and another huge bear has been spotted in south Louisiana.

In the social media group Louisiana Black Bear Report, Randy Bergeron posted photos of a huge black bear near a deer feeder, and by the looks of it, this bear has been eating well near Palmetto, Louisiana.

In previous reports, we've shown you many bears in the state, and these photos from St. Landry Parish are just another reminder of what is out there.

The Louisiana Department of Wildlife & Fisheries reminds citizens to eliminate food sources near their homes and camps. Bears are out there and they are always looking for food, thus if you can eliminate the source, it diminishes the chances of bears showing up near or on your property.

A Black Bear hunting season will soon happen in Louisiana to help control the rising population in the "Bayou State."

Check out these photos from Bergeron.
