East Texas residential home builders have been quite busy the past few months making their blueprints come to life by putting nails to boards, paint to the drywall, and adding stunning fixtures to gorgeous homes in and around the Longview area.

The Spring Parade Of Homes Has Arrived

The 2024 East Texas Builders Association has put the finishing touches on 10 gorgeous new homes throughout Gregg, Rusk, Upshur, and Harrison counties. These homes will be on display for the public to visit to check out the latest in home design and technology. These homes are a great starting point and are a source of inspiration if you're thinking about building a new home or updating your current home.

The Spring Parade Of Homes kicks off Friday, May 3rd, and will run May 3rd-5th and then again May 10th-12th. These 10 homes will be open for tours with many of the builders being on-site to answer all kinds of questions from potential home builders and those looking to remodel.

Homes this year are located in Gilmer, Longview, White Oak, Hallsville, Marshall, and Henderson and range in size from 1700 sq. ft to 3900 sq. ft. and are available in a wide variety of affordable price points.
