Samuel, A Brussels Griffon Mix, Is Looking To Be Adopted Today From Pets Fur People
Samuel is somewhat of a new resident at the Humane Society's Pets Fur People in Tyler, Texas. He gained residence at the shelter in late February after he was found running around happy as a lark at Tyler's Faulkner Park.
This little guy appears to be a Brussels Griffon mix. These guys live to be 10-15 years old, so Samuel has a lot of living left to do.
After being abandoned and on his own, he is now looking for a new place to call home. Pets Fur People's executive director Gayle Helms says Samuel plays well with older children and is known to stick his head out of the window during car rides to take in the air and all the smells.
Samuel doesn't mind the companionship of other dogs and cats. This six-year-old guy is leashed-trained and will fit right in with your family.
Samuel will go home with a starter kit of food, a collar, and a leash. For additional information on adopting Samuel call 903.597.2471 or check the Humane Society’s Pets Fur People website. Pets Fur People requires a completed adoption application before arranging a meet and greet.
Check out the animals that are available for adoption. Adoption hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10 am until 5 pm - closed for lunch 1-2 pm. The Humane Society’s Pets Fur People is the only brick-and-mortar no-kill shelter in East Texas. Pets Fur People offers routine vaccinations, except for rabies, to the public for dogs and cats. Follow Pets Fur People on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Please be a responsible pet owner - spay or neuter your pets. Donations are appreciated.
