Caddo Correctional Center Booking Photos November 8th-14th

This week 71 people were booked and kept in Caddo Correctional Center for various crimes.

One of those booked is a habitual offender when it comes to theft and drugs.

Detectives with the Shreveport Police Department has arrested a man on several charges including burglary, theft, narcotics violations, and access device fraud.

The investigation started with SPD Detectives, and later became a joint-effort investigation with Shreveport-Caddo White Collar Crimes Task Force who were investigating a similar case.

Charles Hilson has a long history of offenses, and has more than 15 prior property-related arrests, including multiple arrests for burglary, robbery, and theft.

He's now facing two counts of access device fraud, one count of burglary, and narcotics-related charges.

The Shreveport Police Department remains committed to investigating and apprehending repeat offenders who target members of our community.

All those pictured are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
