Free Women’s Self-Defense Seminar Coming to Sulphur, Louisiana This Week
(KHLA - Lake Charles, Louisiana) - A SWLA Olympic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu studio owner will be holding a self-defense seminar for women this Thursday and we have all the details.
Registration is not necessary; the program is free.
Practical self-defense skills will be taught in this interactive program, which aims to increase self-assurance and personal security in daily circumstances. All skill levels are welcome to participate in this uplifting class, regardless of your level of expertise.
Participants are urged to arrive prepared to move, learn, and they should also dress comfortably.
