Christmas in Roseland 2025: Your Essential Guide to Shreveport’s Iconic Holiday Lights
Ho Ho Ho!!! It's almost Christmas in Roseland! It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the American Rose Center!
The 42nd Annual Christmas in Roseland returns December 4th and will feature 60 acres illuminated by millions of sparkling lights, including lighted and animated scenes, LED displays, and music that brings the lights and gardens to life!
These Are The Days/Hours For 2025's Christmas in Roseland
Dates for this year's Christmas in Roseland are different than in the past and will run as follows:
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: December 4th - 7th
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: December 11th - 14th
- Thursday, December 18th: Closed to the public for Candlelight Concert by Fever (tickets on sale now)
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday: December 19st - 21st
- Monday & Tuesday: December 22nd & 23rd (Encore nights)
Hours of operation have also changed for this year and each night the event is open will run from 5:30 pm until 10:00 pm (last car admitted at 9:30 pm)
Along with the incredible displays of Christmas lights, visitors will be treated to the artwork of local students which will be on display throughout the gardens as part of the Christmas Cards to the Community art program.

Christmas in Roseland is also excited to offer festive activities throughout the season. For an extra cost, children can ride the Roseland Express Train, take photos with Santa, and roast marshmallows.
Adults can purchase and enjoy beverages from the Blitzen Bar provided by Thrifty Liquor. Food trucks will be on site and available nightly during the event.
Lastly, Christmas in Roseland will light up the night sky with a spectacular fireworks display by Pyromania Fireworks every Saturday night and during the grand finale night, Tuesday, December 23rd.
Admission Prices and Special Discounts Offered For Christmas in Roseland
Basic admission for Christmas in Roseland is a little different depending on the night you would like to attend. Prices are as follows:
- Thursdays, Fridays & Sundays: $15 per person, $50 for a Family Four Pack, $70 VIP Pack (includes 4 admissions, parking, 2 train tickets, 2 s’mores packets, and 1 Santa photo)
- Saturdays: $20 per person, $65 for a Family Four Pack, $85 VIP Pack (includes 4 admissions, parking, 2 train tickets, 2 s’mores packets, and 1 Santa photo)
Visitors can save on admission prices with these special discounts:
- Ages 2 and younger are free
- Active Duty Military, Veterans, First Responders and Delivery Drivers receive $5 off admission with valid ID
- Group rates are also available
- Discount coupons available at Visit Shreveport-Bossier, 629 North Spring Street
- Take advantage of the 20% discount for all tickets purchased online by November 30 at tickets.christmasinroseland.org
