Things To Do In Southwest Louisiana This Weekend Nov. 22-24

The weekend is here in Southwest Louisiana and Mother Nature has dialed up some great weather for us to enjoy. Whether you want to take in a concert, sporting event or just get out of the house and enjoy the weather, we have you covered.

We have compiled a complete list of things to do all over Southwest Louisiana this weekend. Check out these awesome events.

The final McNeese Cowboy Block Party will occur Friday night at the Grove on the corner of McNeese and Common Streets in Lake Charles. The concert will feature the variety band The Party Hounds. Doors open at 6:00 p.m., and the band starts at 7:15 p.m. It is free and open to all ages, and you're allowed to bring your ice chest with your favorite drinks.

Gary Allan and Dwight Yoakum will be live at Doggett Ford Park in Beaumont, TX Friday night. Get ready to see and here to country music icons for one night only. Need tickets? Here is the link to scoop some up.

John Michael Montgomery will be live at Coushatta Casino Resort in Kinder, Louisiana on Saturday night. Doors open at 7:00 pm and John will hit the stage at 8:00 pm.

Travis Matte and The Kingpins will be live at Linda's Lounge located on Lake Street in Lake Charles on Saturday night. Travis and the boys will hit the stage at 10:00 pm on Saturday.

The McNeese Cowboys football team will play its last regular season football game of the year on Saturday night at Cowboy's Stadium. They will face the Lamar Cardinals from Beaumont, Texas with kickoff for the game set for 7:00 pm.
