
Concerts & Events In Lake Charles and SWLA This Weekend Nov. 14-16
Lake Charles, La [KNGT-FM] - The weekend is finally here, and now that we are in the middle of Novmeber and have gotten through our first cold snap of the year, it's time to have some fun. The weather forecast for this weekend looks great, and there is plenty of things to choose from to do.
Whether you want to take in a sporting event, see a concert, or just be outside, we have a list of things going on that will satisfy what you're looking to do.
The last Cowboy Block Party of 2025 is Friday night, featuring the boys from Cameron Parish, Steel Shot. The block party is on the corner of Common and McNeese Streets and is open to the public, open to all ages, and free to attend. The gates open up at 7:00 pm, and the band will hit the stage at 8:15 pm. All the details can be found here.

The McNeese Cowboys football team will have its final home game of the 2025 season Saturday night. They will take on UTRGV at 6:00 pm inside Navarre Stadium.

Travis Matte & The Kinpins will be live Saturday night at Jellyston RV park and Resort. Travis and his band will take the stage at 7:00 pm in the pavilion at Jellystone. If you are not staying at the RV park, you can pay a small entry fee at the gate and go to the concert.
