Geno Delafose and his band French Rockin' Boogie are heading back to Southwest Louisiana this Friday night performing live at Cowboys night club on Common street in Lake Charles.

Geno has been playing music for years and has a huge following of fans.  Get ready for a great mixture of Cajun and Zydeco music and he will even throw in some country music during his show this Friday night.

Geno Delafose is also a Grammy nominee. In 2007, Geno was nominated in the "Best Zydeco Or Cajun Music Album" category for his album Le Cowboy Creole. Geno did not win the award but the album is now legendary in Louisiana and produced hits like "Everybody's Havin' Fun, When Will I Be Loved?, and Someone Told Me It Was Over".

Geno Delafose and French Rockin Boogie will be performing live this Friday August 14th inside of Cowboys night club in Lake Charles.

The Doors open at 8 p.m. at Cowboy's Night Club in Lake Charles and Geno Delafose and French Rockin Boogie will hit the stage around 10 p.m.
