Vinton Man Survives First “Big Brother” Elimination Sporting McNeese Cowboys Cap
Willie is one of twelve players trying to win 500 thousand dollars. On the very first show, Willie is already representing Southwest Louisiana by sporting a McNeese Cowboys baseball cap. So from the headline, you already know he survived the first elimination but he also accomplished something even better tonight!
For those of you that have never seen the show, let me give you a little backround on how the show works.
Twelve strangers move into a house where there are over 50 cameras and countless microphones watching and listening to there every move. The objective is to win the Head of Household (or HOH) competition so that you can secure your safety. Then the HOH nominates two of their competitors for eviction basically eliminating one per week till there is only one left standing. That person wins the half a million bucks.
As we reported earlier this week, Willie is the brother of Russell Hantz, who was on the CBS show survivor. A few of Willie's competitors on the show tonight kept saying he looked just like his brother Russell to which Willie denied.
Ok so Willie not only survived the first elimination, he won the first Head of Household (HOH) of the season. Geaux Southwest Louisiana!
To see what happens next or to follow Willie on the show, tune in to CBS on Sundays and Wednesdays at 7 p.m. and the eviction shows live every Thursday at 8 p.m. All these are central times.
We will keep you updated on Willie's progress.
