Last Friday night, the Cajun French Music Association held their 26th Annual Le Cajun Music Awards at the Rayne Civic Center in Rayne, Louisiana.  It was attended by some of Cajun Music's biggest and brightest stars.

Travis Matte was the big winner of Friday night collecting seven awards for his traditional CD called "Old Time Cajun Songs.  He basically swept the entire awards!

Our good buddy Lee Benoit was inducted into the CFMA Hall of Fame along with Southwest Louisiana's local Cajun musicians Wallace "Red" Touchet and August Broussard.

Congrats to Travis and to all the other winners!  Thanks for keeping the tradition alive!
