Travis Matte Covers “The Animals” Hit Song [VIDEO]

So I was scanning around YouTube and found this awesome video of Travis Matte doing " House of the Rising Sun" from his latest CD " Old School".

This video is really cool and I was glad to see Travis cover this song made famous by The Animals. Check it out.

I looked up a little history on "The Animals" version of the song "House of the Rising Sun".

"The House of the Rising Sun" is a folk song from the United States. Also called "House of the Rising Sun" or occasionally "Rising Sun Blues", it tells of a life gone wrong in New Orleans. The most successful commercial version was recorded by the English rock group The Animals in 1964, which was a number one hit in the United States, United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland and Canada.
