Traffic Backed Up In I-10 Westbound

Due to several accidents in the lake are this morning, traffic is backed up on I-1o Westbound at the base of the bridge.  Also, reports are coming in the traffic is backed up on I-210 westbound at Nelson Road due to an accident.

On my way to work this morning, traffic on Lake Charles city streets were backed up too as people are trying alternative routes to get around the city.  Due to the accident on I-210, traffic was backed up past the Ryan street overpass on the interstate westbound.

Also, downtown Lake Charles traffic was thick due to people getting off I-10.
