Geno Delafose and French Rockin Boogie will be in Lake Charles this Friday February 3rd, 2012.  Geno will be in town as part of Yesterdays rodeo weekend of entertainment. Geno is one of the nicest Cajun & Zydeco artists around and he always has a smile on his face.  He loves to meet and talk to all of his fans. Keith Frank who has been entertaining audiences all over the country and especially here in Louisiana has a brand new CD coming out called "Follow the Leader". Last night, Keith released the first single form the record called "Uplifting".  Here is your chance to hear it first!

I know you are saying wow he is only 30!  Yeah I couldn't believe it either.  It because Damon has been on the Cajun music scene for a long time now which would make you think that he is older. 5-4-3-2-1 Happy New Year everyone!  It's been a great year here at Cajun Radio and we wanted to say thank you to all of  you for making Cajun Radio what it has become! Reflecting back on this year, we have had a lot of fun with you guys and gals with great festivals, interviews and concerts.  Here is a look back on 2011.

So I was scanning around YouTube and found this awesome video of Travis Matte doing " House of the Rising Sun" from his latest CD " Old School". This video is really cool and I was glad to see Travis cover this song made famous by The Animals.  Check it out.
