Travis Matte

Last Friday night, we had our 3rd annual Louisiana Throwdown in Lake Charles at Cowboys nightclub featuring Keith Frank and Travis Matte. If you were unable to attend, we wanted to share with you some of the performances by the two awesome artist that performed.

The 3rd annual "Louisiana Throwdown" is TONIGHT at Cowboys Nightclub in Lake Charles. It a concert celebrating Louisiana Cajun and Zydeco Music and it always features two of the biggest Cajun and or Zydeco music artists! This is the must go to event of the Summer and you can still get advanced tickets now until 5:00 p.m. today! If you don't have an advance ticket, you can pay at the door starting at 7:00 p.m.

Cajun music and a huge party comes alive this Friday night as high powered Cajun artist Travis Matte & the Kingpins hit the stage at the VFW Post 8107 ! Best of all, we have tickets for you to go see this awesome show!

Last Friday, Travis Matte visited the Cajun Radio studio’s and we had a chance to ask him some questions that you may have wanted to know. We also premiered his brand new CD “X” and played some of the songs.  Here is a video of that interview in where Travis talks about his first single "BBQ and Drink a few" and how he like interacting with his fans at his live shows.

Travis Matte will be visiting the Cajun Radio studio's tomorrow morning around 9:00 a.m. It has been a few years since Travis has come by and we are looking forward to talking with him and playing some music from his brand new CD "X".

Cajun and Zydeco artist Travis Matte has released a new CD entitled 10 or roman numeral X.  Travis is always known for his original songs and this CD is not short on new material as well.

It's the second and final day of the 2014 Iowa Rabbit Festival who is celebrating their 28th year. Last night was a blast and today's entertainment lineup promises to be just as fun!  Today Travis Matte, Steve Riley and Richard lebouef will perform along with many others!

The Iowa Rabbit Festival is celebrating their 28th year and it begins tonight in the Iowa city park.  The Festival is a two day event which is today and tomorrow, March 14th and 15th. Tonight the entertainment lineup includes Country music recording artist Todd O'Neill, Geno Delafose and French Rockin' Boogie and Wayne Toups and Zydecajun!

The Iowa Rabbit Festival is celebrating their 28th year and we have your weekend passes to go to this awesome event!  The festival is March 14th and 15th, 2014 and we also have your entertainment lineup for this years festival!
