If Joshua Ledet survives this round of elimination tonight on American Idol, the Lake Area will explode into full Josh Mode. And it will start with free tickets to his 6 p.m. Saturday show at Burton Coliseum.  Tickets will be available starting at 8 p.m. tonight.

The Louisiana Swashbucklers season kicked off last week in the Lake Charles Civic Center.  The Bucs won their first game of the year beating the Alabama Hammers 56-49.  The Swashbucklers will have another home ame this Saturday March 24th, 2012. The Bucs will take on the Albany Panthers this Saturday night in the Civic Center.  Want to win your tickets to the game?

The LSU Tigers baseball team is making a rare trip to Lake Charles to take on the McNeese Cowboys in baseball at Cowboy diamond this Wednesday February 29th, 2012.
