The South Lake Charles (SLC) little league baseball team's season came to an end yesterday in Waco, Texas in the Southwest Regional.

The South Lake Charles Little League are 2-1 in the Southwest Regional tournament and will be back in action today at 4:00pm.

The South Lake Charles Little league boys were in action today at 4:00 p.m. taking on Lufkin from the Texas East division for the right to play in the championship game and maybe a birth in the little league world series. The South Lake Charles Little league baseball team begins its journey tonight toward the main goal of getting to Williamsport and the little league world series. The team will play in  the Southwest Regional tournament tonight in Waco, Texas. Their first opponent is New Mexico’s Petroglyph Little League team based in Albuquerque, with first pitch slated for 5 p.m. at Norcross Stadium.
