LSU football head coach Les Miles has become the most popular college football coach on social network site "Twitter". USA Today conducted a study and found that Les Miles has the most followers of any other college football coach.

Yesterday's reports of the Arkansas Razorbacks offering Les Miles a 5-year, $27 million deal are officially null and void. Miles has signed a contract extension with LSU that will keep him at the university for 7 years.

We reported yesterday that LSU head Coach Les Miles had received a serious offer from the Arkansas Razorback's football program to become their next head coach.  Well now we have learned that Les Miles will NOT being going to Arkansas and will receive a pay raise from LSU and a contract extension.

So Wednesday was national signing day for college football programs across the country.  Well at LSU they hold the LSU Bayou Bash and head coach Les Miles address the fans and students about the recruited class for the upcoming season. The #1 ranked LSU Tigers football team arrived at their hotel in New Orleans last night at 6 p.m. to a big crowd of fans. The Tigers didn't have far to go either. They left Baton Rouge for the 70 mile trip that took a little over an hour to get to the Big Easy!  The Tigers are getting geared up for the BCS National Championship Game on Monday January 9th against Alabama.
