Trapper Joe Lafont from the hit reality show "Swamp People" was scheduled to appear in an Orange County, Florida, court room today August 9th for a pre-trial conference. We have learned that the conference has once again been cancelled and rescheduled.

  Last night, a new episode aired of the popular show "Cajun Pawn Stars" on the History channel and it featured legendary Cajun music artist Jo-EL Sonnier. On the show, someone had brought in a Monarch accordion to sell. The folks at Silver Dollar Pawn (The store in Alexandria, La that is featured in the show) did not know if it was a fake or the real deal so they called in an expert.  J

As we reported last month, Trapper Joe Lafonte from the hit reality show "Swamp People" was arrested by police after a drunken disturbance outside the Buena Vista Hotel & Spa in Florida after a witness claimed he struck Trene Marie Planche. Now, Joe will head back to Florida this Thursday, July 19th to answer the charges and have his day in court.

Last night, new episodes of Cajun Pawn Stars aired on the History Channel and David Little from Sulphur, Louisiana was featured on the show named "Gone Fishing". We reported last week about "Swamp People" star Trapper Joe Lafonte being arrested for domestic violence in California.  After we checked our source, we found out that he was actually arrested in Florida while visiting Disney World. We have also learned the name of Joe's live in girlfriend who he allegedly assaulted and when Trapper Joe's hearing has been scheduled.

Mitchell Guist, one of the stars of the hit reality show "Swamp People", died yesterday at the age of 48.  Some reports say it was a seizure but some reports say it was a heart attack. Well here is the 911 call made to authorities while people attempted to resuscitate Mitchell.
